Coast Craft

Explore the amazing Argyll coastline and learn how to prepare shelters, light fires and catch, prepare and cook your own supper.

The Argyll coastline is a natural larder, replete with fish, shellfish, edible sea weeds and tasty seashore plants. Explore this coast by sea kayak and try your hand at catching fish from your boat. The sea kayak enables you to access amazing fishing locations and to collect shellfish directly from the rocks in crystal clear waters. Once the catch is caught, land on a beach, light a driftwood fire and learn how to prepare and cook a gourmet supper.

The course will provide as much information as you wish, and can include firelighting, shelter building and survival techniques. All courses are consistent with the Scottish Wild Camping Code and Leave No Trace principles.

You can have a single day out, or combine this experience with a wild camp on a remote beach.

£89 per person for groups of two or more.
