Rescue Emergency Care 1st Aid Courses

Sea Kayak Argyll is certified by Rescue Emergency Care (REC) to deliver high quality outdoor and workplace 1st aid courses. Our courses avoid medical jargon and have a very strong practical element throughout.

You should expect to spend most of the course in the outdoors, practising your skills with realistic scenario based training.
